All candles are hand-poured and made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Kairoma Candle Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact your local post office or delivery carrier directly.
